The Indian team’s itinerary for the next visit to England in 2025 was just made public on social media by the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India). In five Test matches scheduled for June, July, and August of next year, the Indian squad will play the formidable England team.
The BCCI announced the itinerary on X (formerly known as Twitter). The first Test of the series will begin on June 20, 2025, at Headingley in Leeds. Moreover, July 2nd is when the second test is supposed to start.
In addition, much of July and August of next year will be covered in the third, fourth, and fifth exams. On July 10, the third Test will start; on July 23, the fourth Test; and on July 31, the last Test match.

England is presently playing tests in Sri Lanka
In other news, England is presently hosting a three-game Test series against Sri Lanka. August 21 at Manchester’s Old Trafford saw the opening Test of the series. England, bowling first, restricted Sri Lanka to 236 runs in the opening half.
The team will aim to improve in the World Test Championship (WTC) standings by having strong performances throughout the series. Team India recently faced up against Sri Lanka as well. India lost the ODI series shockingly after defeating the opposition in the T20I series.
The team’s attention will now turn to a set of Test matches against Bangladesh. The first Test of the series, hosted by the team, will begin on September 19 at Chennai’s MA Chidambaram Stadium.
