2.PBKS vs DC, IPL 2009
The legendary spinner Daniel Vettori of New Zealand claimed match-winning figures for Delhi Capitals during their IPL 2009 victory over Punjab Kings, winning by ten wickets. Rain in Cape Town caused havoc, and after PBKS scored 104-7 in 12 overs, DC was given a revised goal of 54 in 6 overs. In 4.5 overs, opener Gautam Gambhir (15) and captain Virender Sehwag (38) finished the run chase.
1.CSK vs RCB, IPL 2013
In terms of balls bowled in an IPL encounter, the 2013 match between the Chennai Super Kings and RCB was the shortest-played game in the history of the competition. In the eight-over match between RCB and CSK at the Chepauk, the team captained by Kohli batted first and scored 106/2 against the hosts.
With 29 balls, captain Kohli scored 56 runs. CSK lost the match by 24 runs despite only managing to score 82-6 in 8 overs in response.
